About Me
Blayre Wilson,
Psychotherapist
I am a qualified psychotherapist with a BSc in Psychotherapy & Counselling. I work from a person-centred and relational approach, offering a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without judgement.
Over the past several years, I have supported clients through grief, illness, and life transitions, including palliative care contexts. My practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each person's unique journey.
I bring together clinical expertise, reflective practice, and creative integration — using metaphor, journaling, and storytelling where helpful — to deepen self-understanding and support meaningful change.
